Fresh Pasta - We only use 100% UK Milled Durum Wheat and locally sourced free range eggs;we offer a range of gourmet ravioli with a seasonal range of flavours and also Fresh and Dried unfilled pasta.
Cheeses - Sussex Charmer is our new cheese, a cross between Cheddar and Parmesan, this joint venture between ourselvers and the Harrisons who produce the milk has already reached the finals of the Cheese Challenge 2007. it also has been awarded BEST NEW DAIRY PRODUCT 2008. NOT JUST A PASTA CHEESE formerly known as Twineham Grange Farmers' Hand Cheese, this award winning cheese is currently produced in Italy using the same methods of production as we used at Twineham. All our cheeses are suitable for vegetarians.
South Downs Butter - South Downs Butter is freshly churned in the traditional way using the finest quality cream which gives it a distinctive creamy taste. Our unsalted and slightly salted butters each picked up a Gold at The Great Taste Awards 2007 & slightly salted in 2008
Fresh Pasta Sauces - Our Spicy and Truly Tomato pasta sauces offer a delicious, yet, quick and easy compliment to our fresh pasta or gnocchi. They were awarded Bronze and Silver medals at The Great Taste Awards 2005 and our Spicy picked up a Gold at the 2007, 2008 Great Taste Awards
